As principal Engineer, Kelly Kilber has been responsible for all engineering designs produced by Pro-Tech Engineering for the past thirty three years. From 1977 through 1999 he served as the Engineering Consultant for the City of Kyle. During that time he engineered the reconstruction of a major portion of the City’s Street, Drainage System and Utility Infrastructure.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Kilber has been the principal surveyor and engineer for 50 residential communities covering over 180 platted units which contain in excess of 15,600 lots and encompass more than 51,400 acres of land.
